Profile: Norbert ter Hall

Norbert ter Hall is a well-known Dutch film director. After completing his graphic design studies at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Arnhem, Norbert worked as a set designer for various theatre groups and TV for a long time. In 1992, he received the Charlotte Köhler Award for his theatrical set design work. He then systematically started to change over from design to TV drama directing. Among other things, Norbert directed the TV series, Waltz, ’t Schaep met de 5 Pooten and Mevrouw de minister. He also directed the feature film Monte Carlo.
