The E-Culture Fair is an experiential combination of exhibition, demo's, live presentations, workshops, and an open art lab. At the E-Culture Fair you will meet a worldwide, European and regional audience of other makers, developers and potential partners for collaboration. The fair takes place on 23 - 25 August in the fabulous U-Turm in Dortmund, Germany and is part of NL-Ruhr 2010 and ISEA 2010. The E-Culture Fair is organised by Virtueel Platform (Dutch sector institute for E-Culture) BAM Flanders (Flemish Institute for visual, audiovisual and media art) and HMKV (Hartware MedienKunstVerein from Dortmund).

PICMIC MINI Salon
On the last day of the E-Culture Fair, a special program is planned for a selected international company from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. The program will start with a tour of the E-Culture Fair, showing the highlights of the Fair. After that a complimentary lunch is offered by ECCE www.e-c-c-e.com . In the afternoon all participants are invited to join a very active mini-version of a PICNIC Salon. In the evening we will join the closing party of the E-Culture Fair and crash for a good night sleep in Unna Massen.

If you are interested to join this program, please fill out the form to request for participation on this page before July 16. If you are selected, you will receive a confirmation before August 1, 2010. Costs for transport by bus to and from Dortmund, entrance to the E-Culture Fair, lunch, the mini PICNIC Salon, entrance to the closing cocktail and the night accommodation is covered by our partners ECCE and Creative Amsterdam creativeamsterdam.nl. Participants themselves should cover only costs for diner and personal expenses.
